Refund Policy
Closed purchases and failed-generation credit return for Roadster AI.
Purchases are closed on Roadster AI, so there is no payment to refund. If a generation task fails after credits were charged, those credits are returned to the same account.
A credit quote does not create an order or a charge. This page does not promise pack refunds, expiry rules, or a free video.
